Research overview：
従来の医療は病気を特定して治すことが主要でした。しかし老化では、加齢性疾患の顕在化前から生体内システムが連続的に遷移しており、病気よりも健康状態を中心に捉えるべきだと考えます。そこで本研究では、ヒト・モデル生物のマルチオミクスデータと機械学習・システムバイオロジーの手法を活用したデータ駆動的アプローチで、加齢に伴う生体内分子システム状態遷移を理解し、老化の定量的評価・介入法の基盤開発を目指します。
