Research overview：
迅速な創薬は次のパンデミックに対する社会基盤として非常に重要です。本研究では、微生物の性質を人工知能(AI)に学習させ、感染症に対する迅速かつ精密なAI創薬の実現を目指します。具体的には、微生物タンパクと化合物の親和性の関連を深層学習で紐解き、同時に微生物がゲノムにコードする抗菌ペプチドを効率よく発見するAIも創出します。低分子およびペプチド創薬両面からパンデミックに備えた技術基盤を構築します。
