Research overview：
複合微生物群はより小さな機能集団であるサブ群集がネットワークを形成することで機能を発揮するシステムです。そのため、サブ群集がどのようにネットワーク構造を形成し、環境変化に適応してその形を変えるのかを理解することが必要不可欠です。そこで本研究では、層流マイクロ流路を用いることで1細胞レベルの代謝と分子拡散を紐付け、ネットワークを可視化し機能維持機構を解明します。
