Research overview：
皮膚は基本的には表皮、真皮、皮下組織から形成されます。表皮、真皮に着目した研究は数多く報告されてきましたが、さらに深部の組織の老化に関してはこれまでほとんど報告されていません。本研究では、これまで着目されていなかった皮膚深部組織に着目し、イメージング、singlecellRNAsequence技術、移植実験などによって新規の老化メカニズムの解明を目指します。
