Research overview：
DNAを用いて人工的に構築するナノスケールの機能性材料が近年注目を集めています。本研究では、光照射によって単一方向に回転する分子モーターを用いることでDNA鎖のトポロジーを制御し、準安定状態である超らせん構造を自在に作り出すことを目指します。人工分子と天然材料を複合する技術を確立するとともに、DNA超らせんをツールとして既存の技術では獲得できないDNA材料群を創出します。
