Research overview：
本研究では、バイオインフォマテクィスおよび進化解析により甲虫由来の虫こぶ誘導因子を絞り込みます。さらに、植物の維管束分化誘導系を用いることで昆虫から絞り込んだ因子に対する植物組織の応答を細胞レベルで可視化し、虫こぶ誘導因子による植物組織改変の分子機構の解明を目指します。
