Research overview：
マイクロ流体デバイス上に肝細胞および胆管上皮細胞を搭載し、胆汁酸代謝能を有する肝臓チップを開発したのち、マイクロ流体デバイス上に腸管上皮細胞を搭載し、腸内細菌と共生可能な腸管チップを開発します。その後、作製した肝臓および腸管チップを連結した腸肝循環チップを開発することで、腸肝循環の再現を行い、胆汁酸組成の変化等が肝臓および腸管チップの機能に及ぼす影響を明らかにします。
