本研究では,炭素・ホウ素・窒素が精密に配列された巨大π共役系を有する「含BNナノカーボン分子」を合成し,素子中の配向を制御することで,次世代の有機光エレクトロニクスを実現します。さらに,精密有機合成と化学気相成長法を組み合わせることで,原子配列が精密に制御された「含BNナノカーボン」の創製を目指します。
