Research overview：
我々は、トランスゴルジ網とエンドソームが接着と解離を繰り返しており、この新規な膜間相互作用が積荷タンパク質のトランスゴルジ網からの搬出に必要であることを発見した。本研究では、新規摂動・観察技術を開発すると共に、エンドソーム・トランスゴルジ網の解離とポストゴルジ輸送の両者を可逆的に阻害できる新たに開発した実験系を用いて、膜間相互作用の実態・積荷選別とトランスゴルジ網からの輸送の分子機構を解明する。
