Research overview：
植物は固着生活を営むため様々な転写制御機構を駆使して環境変動に対処します。高温ストレス時の迅速な転写応答には、RNAポリメラーゼII(PolII)の修飾制御、すなわち転写因子を介さない制御が重要だと考え、その制御機構の解明を目標とします。PolIIの新規イメージングシステムと画像解析法を構築し、PolII脱リン酸化酵素の機能解析と合わせて環境変動におけるPolIIダイナミクスの解明を目指します。
