Research overview：
本提案では、金属薄膜-誘電体(分子検出層)-金属ナノ構造体(MIM型)からなる中赤外の波長域で動作するメタ表面を光化学センサデバイスとする。このデバイスで、プラズモンアシスト赤外放射増強法を適応することにより、超高感度でどれだけ微量な分子も、必ず見つけ出す超高感度センサを実現する。さらに、光-分子結合による複雑な形状のスペクトルから、どんな分子も判別する解析システムの実現を達成目標とする。
