Research overview：
産業的な廃棄物の多くは、高酸化状態の化学的に安定な構造を有しています。このような安定廃棄物は、高温・高圧・高エネルギー試薬の利用といった過剰なエネルギー投入により還元可能ですが、持続可能な産業の確立に向けては、温和でクリーンな資源化法が必須となります。本研究では、アニオン交換膜(AEM)型電解装置の利用を鍵とし、安定廃棄物を電気化学的に還元し有用な化学物質へと変換する新手法を開発します。
