Research overview：
創薬が困難な標的分子の情報を収載することを目的として、中分子(ペプチド、非ペプチド、核酸)の相互作用データベースMIIDB-AIを構築する。本データベースでは、リガンド結合部位類似性データに基づき中分子の標的相互作用部位を特定し、AI技術を使って高精度に標的とリガンド間の相互作用を予測することができる。中分子の知識基盤データベースによって新規の中分子医薬品候補を効率良く見つけ出せるようになり、次世代創薬研究への貢献が期待できる。
