Research overview：
本研究ではタンパク質のアミノ酸配列と機能性の大規模データ取得のため、自動化機能評価システムとデジタルバイオアッセイ法の、2つの実験系を構築する。さらにそれらの実験データをオンラインでリアルタイムに、機械学習システムへリンクし、次なる実験計画を自動立案するオートメーション研究ループを実現する。これにより次世代の革新的オプトジェネティクスツールの創生が期待される。
