Research overview：
リグニンから微生物変換を経由して得た2ーピロンー4,6ージカルボン酸(PDC)を鍵骨格として用い、機械刺激を印加すると生分解が開始・促進される新材料「メカノ生分解エラストマー」を創製します。メカノクロミック特性を利用して生分解性ポリマーの分解過程を1分子レベルで蛍光イメージング評価する新手法を開発します。また、PDCポリマー分解酵素を予め組み込んだ酵素内包生分解性エラストマーも作製します。
