Research overview：
本研究では、環境の異なる沿岸域・外洋域双方におけるビタミンB12の動態解析と、船上培養実験による現場植物プランクトン群集のビタミンB12制限の実態についての検証を行います。動態解析や培養実験では、ビタミンB12に加え、鉄など微量金属元素や植物プランクトン・バクテリア群集組成についても調べます。ビタミンB12の海洋物質循環における役割を評価し、海洋環境と気候の相互作用についての理解の深化に繋げます。
