Research overview：
腱、靭帯は全身の様々な部位に存在し、骨と連結し、動物が運動を可能とするための重要な組織です。しかし腱や腱骨接合は一旦傷害を受けると自己治癒能に乏しく、既存の治療法では受傷前の状態に組織が回復することはありません。本研究では、幹細胞の周囲環境による分化制御メカニズムを理解すること、3Dバイオプリンターなど技術革新を利用して、バイオ腱骨組織の創出を目指します。
