Overview：
EMPIAR-PDBj is a mirroring server of EMPIAR, which is a public resource for raw, 2D electron microscopy images. Each entry contains information about publication, related EMDB entry, experimental metadata and image files. This database allows to browse, upload, download and reprocess the thousands of raw, 2D images used to build a 3D structure. It also describes how to deposit big EM image data to EMPIAR.
