Research overview：
AI演算において必要となる大規模な行列内積計算を、高速かつ省エネルギーで実行するために、光テンソルコアを開発します。行列計算では、要素ごとに積算や和算の演算を行うため、信号の干渉を防ぐことが不可欠です。そこで、集積光コムと異種材料集積技術を用いて「波長×時間×空間」の多重化を実現し、より大規模な行列演算を可能にする基盤技術を研究開発します。
