Research overview：
海底近傍における物質循環やブルーカーボン生態系拡大施策の評価を進める上で、最も重要な情報基盤のひとつとなる生物の3次元的な生態情報を、従来よりも高精度・高効率に取得するため、本研究では、様々な時空間スケールの海底画像データに超解像技術を応用し、海底ハビタットマップ作成の高精度化、高効率化を実現します。また、堆積物中における物質循環の定量化に資する、生態系3次元構造観測技術を開発します。
