本研究では、分子、細胞、生体組織などが階層的に連なる生体システムの動作原理の理解を目指しています。疾患変容メカニズムを遺伝子制御の観点から包括的に理解するための数理基盤を構築することで、疾患の予測や最適制御、および医学への応用を可能にします。数理科学とデータ科学を融合させ、多モダリティのデータを表現する空間を定義することで、汎用的な計算ツールの開発にも取り組みます。
