Research overview：
表面にダングリングボンドをもたない低次元半導体材料における界面について、実験と理論の両面から完全な理解を進め、界面形成手法の指導原理を明らかにします。特に、表面の清浄化に加え、絶縁膜にダングリングボンドをもたない材料を導入することによって、トラップのないノントラップ界面形成技術の確立を目指します。最終的にはフレキシブルセンサへの適応に資する低ノイズ増幅回路を実証します。
