Research overview：
大規模言語モデル (LLM) は最近、医療分野を含む幅広いタスクとアプリケーションにわたり優れた機能を発揮しています。GPT-4 などのモデルは医療に関する質問への回答に優れていますが、実際の臨床現場で複雑なタスクを処理する際には精度と解釈可能性が不足しています。この研究では、LLM に基づく構造化された方法を使用して診断結果を明確かつ論理的に推論するとともに、診断結果の精度と解釈可能性を向上させることをめざします。
