Research overview：
ヒト妊娠成立の要である着床時、初期胚の代謝システムは酸化的リン酸化から解糖系にダイナミックに切り替わります。本研究は、ヒト多能性幹細胞による着床期胚発生培養モデルを用い、酸化的リン酸化-解糖系の代謝スイッチと代謝物変動の分子制御機構を解析します。この知見を応用し、汎用性の高い代謝変動評価系及び操作法を開発し、着床時ヒト胚発生における代謝変化の役割の解明とその技術応用を目指します。
