Research overview：
細胞・組織の力学特性変化は生命現象、特に加齢において重要な表現型であると同時にそれらの制御因子ですが、詳細な分子機構や加齢疾患との因果関係については未解明な点が多く残されています。本研究は、私が以前に開発した1細胞の力学特性と遺伝子発現の大規模な統合解析が可能なELASTomics法を用いることで、加齢における力学特性変容の分子メカニズムや加齢疾患との因果関係を解明することを目的とします。
