Research overview：
超高分解能質量分析(FT-ICR-MS)やケモインフォマティクス技術、ネットワーク解析等を活用して、DOM分子構造の探索かつ網羅的スクリーニングが可能なネットワークトラバーサル法を開発します。タンデム質量分析やLC分析による構造候補の検証、さらには分子変換過程の解明、分子構造情報からの環境機能推定等を通して、炭素循環を含む様々な角度から沿岸海域DOMの環境機能や生物地球化学的プロセスを評価します。
