Research overview：
遺伝子発現量の調節は、転写因子の転写制御領域への結合に加えて、DNAメチル化、ヒストン修飾、高次ゲノム構造などのエピゲノム要素が複雑に関与しています。エピゲノム要素の組み合わせは膨大な数に及びます。これらの組み合わせを効率的に解析するため、蛍光イメージングを用いた空間オミクス技術と独自の生細胞解析技術を融合させます。この基盤技術をもとに新規の空間交差型エピゲノムによる転写操作法の開発を目指します。
