Research overview：
本研究では、独自に開発した分子プローブ群とオミクス解析を組み合わせたアプローチを主軸として、 (1) 反応性プローブを用いたケミカルプロテオミクスによる細胞内タンパク質の反応活性力の測定、(2) 代謝型プローブのメタボロミクス解析(代謝運命の解析)とイメージングによる代謝活性力の検出を目指す。以上のアプローチに基づいて細胞の反応活性力をin situで計測し、新たな細胞機能の解明や発見を目指す。
