Research overview：
核内の空間位置と制御因子群を含むクロマチンの高次構造が織りなす「場」の原理を理解するために、核内空間配置を計測する高精細クライオ蛍光顕微鏡の開発と、その領域のクロマチン構造情報を得るクライオ電子顕微鏡解析を組み合わせた新たな計測手法としてHD-CryoCLEMを開発する。核内でのクロマチンの空間位置を高精度で計測し、そのネイティブな高次構造を解析することで、それらの相関関係を明らかにする。
