Research overview：
本課題では,CBCR分子群を基盤として多彩な光操作ツールを開発し,それらのツールと一細胞計測技術を駆使して,バクテリアの増殖・運動・プラスミド動態を操作し,バクテリアの振る舞いを詳細に解明する.本課題から生み出される新技術と,それを駆使して得られる知見は,「バクテリアを光で遊びたおす」ためのブレイクスルーを提供し,基礎研究のみならず広範な分野への大きな波及効果が期待される.
