Research overview：
近年、海洋マイクロプラスチック問題は世界的な解決すべき火急の課題として認識され、この問題を解決するための革新的技術の開発が求められている。本研究では、自然界に豊富に存在するユビキタス原料であり、非可食性バイオマスであることから人類の食料と競合することがないリグニンを活用し、自然界で分解され天然分子にもどり環境負荷が極めて低い資源循環型高分子カプセルを開発する。
