Research overview：
獲得免疫の司令塔であるT細胞は、多様なT細胞受容体(TCR)を1細胞あたり1つ発現し、それぞれに固有の抗原を認識すると言われています。そんな中私は、細胞表面に発現しているTCRと異なるTCRを細胞内に ”隠し持つ” T細胞を発見し、そのようなT細胞が高い抗腫瘍活性を示すことを見出しました。本研究では、細胞内TCRが抗腫瘍免疫応答の中で果たす役割を明らかにします。
