Research overview：
本研究は、数学・生命科学の本格的な融合研究を通じて、近年、世界中で爆発的に収集されている1細胞データから、高次元統計解析、関数空間論、トポロジーなどの高次元空間を扱う多角的な数学理論に基づき、細胞分化の制御メカニズムをゲノム・エピゲノム分子レベルで特定するデータ解析基盤技術を創出します。さらに、その数理基盤技術を諸分野のビッグデータ解析へ展開し、応用数学の可能性を拡げることを目指します。
