トポロジカル半金属は、安価・安全な元素を用いた場合でも、特異なバンド構造に由来する巨大な電気・熱・光応答や高い電子移動度など、電子デバイス応用に適した優れた機能が期待できます。本提案では、持続可能な発展型社会の構築に向けて、資源・環境制約を克服する汎用・高機能電子材料としての利用を目指し、不純物や乱れに強靭な磁性トポロジカル半金属の開発と革新的電子機能の創出を行います。
