Research overview：
抗体医薬は、抗体の持つ標的分子への特異的結合性を利用した医薬品であり、有望な標的分子が見つかれば疾患の新規治療法開発につながります。しかし、標的分子の中でもヒトに特有な分子は評価系が確立しておりません。本研究では、ヒト免疫レセプターLILR/KIRに着目し、その生理機能の評価系を確立します。LILR/KIRの遺伝子は個人差を示すため、将来的には個々の遺伝子に合わせた個別化抗体医薬の開発など個別化医療の実現を目指します。
