Research overview：
我々は、ナノ物質半導体である二次元半導体での新たな光科学・技術の活路として、1)ワイドギャップ二次元半導体の欠陥で規定された単一量子二準位系、2)遷移金属ダイカルコゲナイドのモアレ励起子での膨大な数の集積量子二準位系、の二つの量子システムを二次元半導体量子光プラットフォームと定義し学理構築とその応用を進める。
