Research overview：
慢性疾患は、健常状態で安定している細胞に、細胞間相互作用などの外力が非連続的に積み重なって進む、疾患安定状態への多様化と捉えられます。しかし、個々の細胞間相互作用の情報を大量に取得するのに適した実験・解析手法がないため、多様化過程を理解することは困難でした。そこで本研究では、網羅的な1細胞間相互作用データを取得する技術基盤を開発し、世界初の細胞間相互作用カタログ・多様化経路マップ作成を目指します。
