本研究では、多価DNAモーターの化学力学共役機構を考慮した運動シミュレーションの開発、および実験とシミュレーションとの融合に基づく運動性能の合理的な向上戦略を提案します。具体的には、シミュレーションによる性能予測、実験による検証、データの学習の三項目から成る性能向上サイクルを繰り返すことにより、生体分子に匹敵する人工分子モーターの実現に挑戦します。
