Research overview：
脳と末梢臓器は血中の液性因子、細胞、または神経経路を介して相互作用をしており、この破綻が様々な病態を引き起こすことが明らかとなりつつあります。本研究では、自閉スペクトラム症をモデルとして、病態時に血中で変動する因子と脳機能不全との関連性を明らかにします。さらに、当該因子が惹起する脳内細胞の機能変化への介入法を確立し、中枢神経疾患を克服する新しい治療法の基盤創出を目指します。
