Research overview：
ものづくりの電化を指向し、排水中の硝酸態窒素と大気中の濃度増大が問題視されている二酸化炭素から、肥料・接着剤・樹脂等の原料として欠かせない尿素を再生可能エネルギー由来の電力を用いて、常温・常圧の条件下で合成します。そのために活性な窒素種や炭素種の生成、および窒素-炭素結合の形成に有効な革新的な電極触媒と反応場の設計と開発に取り組みます。
