Research overview：
本研究では、まず生物理論と機械学習を融合した生物学的に妥当かつ柔軟なモデリング手法の開発とAI駆動型の群れ行動シミュレーション環境の構築に取り組み、解析基盤システムを確立する。その後、確立した解析基盤システムを無脊椎動物から脊椎動物のさまざまな種(昆虫、魚類、両生類、爬虫類、鳥類、哺乳類)の集団移動データに適用することで、得られた結果の妥当性・普遍性の検証、および新たな原理の発見を目指す。
