Research overview：
時間多重化・マルチライン・時空間集光技術、多焦点面化、ホログラフィック多点集光技術を駆使して、新たな2光子顕微鏡システムを開発します。この顕微鏡により歩行中の中枢神経ニューロン活動を可視化し、歩行制御機構の解明を試みます。得られた大規模データを解析する手法を開発し、光刺激による中枢神経活動の人為的変化による検証を経て、応用可能な歩行運動の理論モデルを構築します。
