Research overview：
未利用有機物(廃プラスチック、バイオマス、温室効果ガスなど)を利用して、吸着材や電極、触媒として機能する“マルチナリーカーボン”を創出し、炭素材料の国産化と炭素循環技術の構築を目指す。従来の加熱方法では難しかった複雑な有機物の構造制御に挑み、低温・中高温炭素化や触媒炭素化により多孔質・導電性カーボンを生成。さらに、放射光等の先端技術を駆使して構造やメカニズムを解明し、革新的なプロセスを構築する。
