Research overview：
近年、食生活の多様化や健康意識の向上によりパーソナライズドフードの需要が急増しています。従来のシステムはデータベースに基づいて食品を提供しますが、個人の味覚や嗜好は異なるうえ時間経過で変化するため、個別最適化が求められています。本研究では、個人の嗜好を学習するAIと味を制御するフードファブリケーションシステムを開発し、個別の食品の味を個人に合わせて最適化するシステムを構築することを目指します。
