Research overview：
本研究は、沿岸工業地域でのカーボンネガティブ技術の開発を目指し、海洋微生物へ人工の炭酸固定経路を実装することでCO2からの有用物質生産に挑戦します。そのために、データベース上の全酵素反応を統合した代謝モデルで代謝シミュレーションを実施することで、高いエネルギー効率を示す人工の炭酸固定経路を設計します。
