Research overview：
生命機能の多くは、生体深部の細胞や分子の時間パターンの組み合わせで生じると考えられています。しかし、既存技術では深部細胞機能の計測とシングルセル解像度の光操作による検証は困難です。本研究では計測・操作技術を駆使してIn vivoシングルセル解像度光干渉ファイバーオプトジェネティクス技術を開発し、脳深部の海馬の時系列データを再構成することで時間情報コーディングの概念を検証します。
