Research overview：
熱伝導性フィラーと柔軟な樹脂母材からなる伝熱シートは、半導体デバイスの放熱に用いられるが、熱抵抗の低減が不十分であり、さらなる高熱伝導率化が必要である。研究開発代表者が開発した回転電界整列技術は、フィラーをシート内で整列し、熱伝導パスを形成する技術であり、高熱伝導率化に有望である。本課題では、既存の高熱伝導化技術と回転電界整列技術を融合することで半導体の冷却を省エネ化し、カーボンニュートラルに貢献する。
