Research overview：
細胞板は植物の細胞質分裂時に形成される細胞内の高次構造体です。細胞板形成は、細胞板成分を含む小胞の集積によって進行することが知られていますが、その分子機構には依然として多くの未解明な点が残されています。本研究では、最近発見された細胞板形成を駆動する分子モーターを手がかりに、細胞生物学的および生化学的アプローチを用いて、細胞板形成の分子機構の解明を目指します。
