Research overview：
孤発性神経変性疾患の最大の危険因子は加齢です。本研究では、神経変性の誘導因子として、加齢依存性の分子機序である、DNAの脱メチル化とDNA損傷に着目しました。ヒトの疾患脳を対象に、シングル核エピトランスクリプトームとDNA損傷部位の解析という最先端技術を組み合わせた検証を行い、加齢による神経変性の分子基盤の解読を目指します。
