Research overview：
転写因子は、遺伝子転写の調節において中心的な役割を果たすタンパク質であり、多様な生命現象に関与しています。転写因子の機能異常はがんなどの様々な疾患に繋がるため、疾患の治療標的となっている一方で、その活性の制御方法は限られています。本研究では、人工触媒による生細胞内化学修飾で転写因子を活性化するという新概念の創成に挑みます。
